BIM Architect / Architectural BIM Modeler

Overview:

• COMFOTEC – The BIM Company is expanding its BIM team in Dubai, UAE.
• The role is for a BIM Architect / Architectural BIM Modeler.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
• GCC project experience is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with Dubai Building Codes, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defense standards.
• Ability to deliver high-quality BIM models and shop drawings on schedule.
