MEP BIM Modeler

About the Role:

• Work on detailed, coordination-driven MEP BIM projects.
• Develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Revit Fabrication.
• Perform fabrication-level detailing and modeling.
• Support BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and self-QC standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Revit Fabrication.
• Practical experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection modeling.
• Experience with fabrication-level detailing and LOD 350/400 modeling.
• Understanding of BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong focus on quality, productivity, and self-QC.
• Experience with Navisworks and US-based BIM projects is an advantage.
• On-site position based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
