Architectural BIM Modeler

BIM21X is recruiting a Architectural BIM Modeler on behalf of our Dubai-based client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will support project delivery and coordinated technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, details and drawing sheets.
• Coordinate models with structural and MEP teams, check model accuracy, support clash resolution, and maintain coordinated construction documentation.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of architectural BIM modelling experience.
• Strong Revit skills and knowledge of architectural drawings and documentation.
• Understanding of BIM coordination and project standards.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
