Required Skills:
• Scan to BIM: Converting point-cloud data into BIM models.
• CAD to BIM: Converting 2D drawings into 3D models.
• Architectural BIM modeling.
• Structural BIM modeling.
• MEP modeling, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and project deliverables.
