Archilance LLC is hiring a BIM Architect for a full-time remote position supporting architectural projects for clients across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Candidates with 1.5–2 years of experience in architectural modeling and BIM workflows are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Create and update 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed drawings, sections, and elevations according to project requirements.
• Develop architectural construction details.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and communicate with global teams across different time zones.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Good knowledge of architectural detailing and BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Point-cloud-to-BIM conversion.
• Construction documentation and permit drawings.
• Familiarity with SketchUp or rendering tools.
• Experience resolving coordination and detailing challenges using BIM workflows.
