PM BIM Solutions is seeking an experienced Structural Revit Drafter / BIM Technician for a long-term, fully remote freelance engagement. The role involves working on US-based wood-framed residential and commercial projects.

Job Details:
Position: Structural Revit Drafter / BIM Technician
Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Employment Type: Full-time freelance
Workload: 40 hours per week
Engagement: Long-term

Responsibilities:
• Create and update structural Revit models and drawings.
• Prepare framing plans, sections, elevations, and structural details.
• Work on US-based wood-framed residential and commercial projects.
• Follow project standards and maintain drawing accuracy.
• Meet deadlines and communicate clearly.

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with US-based wood framing projects is mandatory.
• Strong experience producing structural drawings.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Valid Revit license and own computer required.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and US construction documentation.
• Civil Engineering degree or background preferred.
• Availability for 40 hours per week and a long-term engagement.
