Architectural Interior BIM Modeler

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and update architectural and interior BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and interior details.
• Model furniture, joinery, ceilings, finishes, doors, and other interior elements.
• Coordinate models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform Navisworks clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Update models and drawings based on design revisions.
• Follow BIM standards, project requirements, and LOD guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Architectural Interior BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination.
• Required knowledge of LOD 400–500.
