RDS is hiring an As-Built BIM Specialist to join its team at Infopark Koratty, Thrissur, Kerala, India. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience and is focused on BIM coordination, point-cloud technology, and reality capture.

Job Title: As-Built BIM Specialist
Location: Infopark Koratty, Thrissur, Kerala, India
Experience: 0–2 years

Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Understanding of point-cloud data, laser scanning, and reality-capture technologies.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, Cintoo, or similar point-cloud platforms.
• Basic understanding of Autodesk Forma and BIM workflows.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination principles.
• Understanding of construction processes, sequencing, project phases, and site activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with BIM, engineering, and project teams.
• Willingness to learn new digital engineering and reality-capture technologies.
