Job Description:
BIM Ally is seeking a BIM Architect with landscape design and coordination experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural and landscape projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain model accuracy.
- Prepare construction and shop drawings according to project standards.
- Integrate landscape elements into architectural BIM workflows.
- Assist with clash detection and design coordination.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (as previously extracted).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp (as previously extracted).
- Understanding of LOD 300–400 and BIM coordination.
