BIM Architectural Modeler

About the Role:

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings and technical detailing.
• Support BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project workflows.
• Work according to BIM standards, BEP, and LOD requirements.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant BIM experience.
• Strong Autodesk Revit skills.
• Proficiency in Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM 360.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, BEP, and LOD.
• Experience in shop drawings and technical detailing.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• UAE-based candidates only.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
