Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural, structural, or MEP models according to project requirements.
• Create and update drawings, sections, elevations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and assist with clash detection.
• Maintain model accuracy, quality, and project documentation.
• Incorporate design changes and feedback within project timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to support effective BIM coordination.

Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant BIM training or professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP workflows.
• Knowledge of technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
