BIM Modeller (All Disciplines)

ANT Engineering Consultants is hiring BIM Modellers across all disciplines to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, and client specifications.
- Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and the required Level of Information Need (LOIN) / Level of Development (LOD).
- Prepare structural shop drawings and reinforcement models where required.
- Work on multidisciplinary construction projects and deliver high-quality BIM models.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant BIM modelling experience, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
- Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit relevant to the candidate's discipline.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Strong technical modelling capabilities and understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
