BIM Modeler - Architecture / Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design BIM models in Autodesk Revit.
• Convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate Revit models.
• Model walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, furniture, and interior elements.
• Prepare architectural and interior design drawings and documentation from the Revit model.
• Interpret design drawings and maintain model accuracy and standards.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design information within the model.
• Incorporate design revisions and deliver quality models on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of practical experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design drawings.
• Hands-on experience converting CAD (DWG) drawings to Revit models.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
• Understanding of Revit families, views, sheets, and documentation.
• Knowledge of LOD and BIM standards is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good to Have:

• Revit interior design or fit-out modelling experience.
• Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud knowledge.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, or office projects.
