BIM Modeler – Fire Fighting System

NAFFCO is seeking a BIM Modeler – Fire Fighting System with hands-on experience in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, firefighting systems, and BIM coordination. The advertised salary is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop fire-fighting and fire-protection BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Apply relevant NFPA and BS standards and coordinate with other disciplines.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Fire Protection, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
