BIM Modeler - ID & Architecture

CEG Engineering Services is hiring a BIM Modeler – ID & Architecture at its Thrissur headquarters to support interior and architectural modelling, drawing production, coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop 3D BIM models for interior design and architectural elements.
• Prepare architectural/interior drawings, sheets, and documentation.
• Support model coordination and clash detection.
• Review model information for accuracy and project compliance.
• Contribute to quantity take-offs and material quantification where required.

Requirements
• B.Tech or Engineering Diploma.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Understanding of architectural/interior modelling and documentation.
• Ability to prepare accurate models and coordinated drawings.
