BIM Modeler - MEP & ELV

CEG Engineering Services is hiring a BIM Modeler – MEP & ELV at its Thrissur headquarters to support 3D BIM modelling, coordination, shop drawings, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Create detailed 3D BIM models for MEP and ELV systems.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, models, and project deliverables.
• Use Revit and related BIM tools.
• Coordinate building services models with other disciplines.
• Support clash detection and reduce coordination issues.
• Support drawings, sheets, and documentation.

Requirements
• B.Tech or Engineering Diploma.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Understanding of MEP/ELV modelling and coordination workflows.
• Ability to prepare coordinated models and technical documentation.
