BIM Specialist – Structures

Design Solution Inc. is seeking a BIM Specialist – Structures at Infopark, Kochi, to develop structural BIM models, prepare technical documentation, coordinate disciplines, and deliver accurate BIM outputs.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage structural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare structural drawings, sections, details, and documentation.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of structural BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in structural BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
