BIM Team Lead

Overview:

• KK Soft – The BIM Experts is seeking a skilled BIM Team Lead to guide BIM projects and teams.
• The role involves leading coordinated BIM delivery across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination and management activities.
• Support multidisciplinary BIM workflows.
• Maintain model quality, standards, and documentation.
• Provide team leadership and support project delivery.
• Take ownership of project requirements and develop coordinated solutions.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of BIM experience.
• Technical expertise in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary workflows.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage model quality, standards, documentation, and project delivery.

Additional Information:

• Location: Palava City, Mumbai.
• Joining expected within 1 month.
• Package: 20–30% hike on current CTC.
