MEP BIM Modeler

BIM21X is recruiting a MEP BIM Modeler on behalf of our Dubai-based client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will support project delivery and coordinated technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Model mechanical, electrical and plumbing services from design drawings and specifications.
• Prepare coordinated layouts and construction documentation, coordinate with architectural and structural models, and support clash detection and model reviews.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of MEP BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and understanding of building services systems.
• Navisworks and multidisciplinary coordination experience are preferred.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings and maintain model accuracy.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
