MEP BIM Modeler Draftsman

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain coordinated MEP BIM models.
• Prepare BIM drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings.
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Update BIM models based on design and site changes.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• MEP construction experience is required.
• Immediate joiners with no notice period will be preferred.
