Senior BIM Modeler - Electrical

BIM Construction Experts (BCE) is hiring a Senior BIM Modeler - Electrical for a full-time remote position supporting data centre, pharmaceutical, energy, and infrastructure projects. The role involves developing coordinated electrical BIM models to LOD 400 and delivering accurate, buildable outputs in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP, including containment, cable trays, lighting, power, and distribution systems.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Produce LOD 400 models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and client standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and modeling issues.
• Ensure model accuracy and deliverables meet project schedules and quality requirements.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in electrical BIM modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Solid understanding of electrical containment, power, lighting, and distribution systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Dynamo or other Revit plugin experience is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
