Senior BIM Modeler - Mechanical

BIM Construction Experts (BCE) is hiring a Senior BIM Modeler - Mechanical for a full-time remote position supporting projects across data centres, pharmaceutical, energy, and infrastructure sectors. The role focuses on producing accurate, coordinated mechanical BIM models to LOD 400 while following ISO 19650 standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP, including HVAC, ductwork, pipework, and plant rooms.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Produce LOD 400 models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and client standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and modeling issues.
• Ensure model accuracy and deliverables meet project schedules and quality requirements.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, and plant room design.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Dynamo or other Revit plugin experience is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
