Structural BIM Modeler

BIM21X is recruiting a Structural BIM Modeler on behalf of our Dubai-based client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will support project delivery and coordinated technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain structural BIM models in Revit, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs and walls.
• Prepare structural plans, sections and details.
• Coordinate structural models with architecture and MEP, review inconsistencies, and support clash resolution and design revisions.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of structural BIM modelling experience.
• Strong Revit Structure skills and ability to interpret structural drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination, model quality and documentation standards.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
