Civil BIM Modeler – Roads & Infrastructure

A confidential employer is seeking a Civil BIM Modeler – Roads & Infrastructure for the Qiddiya Public Realm & Infrastructure project in Riyadh, responsible for Civil 3D delivery through LOD 500 As-Built and asset handover.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years as a Civil BIM Modeler / Civil 3D Specialist
• Minimum 3 years on road/highway infrastructure projects
• Expert Civil 3D: alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, surfaces and super elevation
• Advanced gravity/pressure networks, Content Catalog Editor, Part Builder and Parts Lists
• Advanced Dynamo for Civil 3D with Python/CPython3
• Road, corridor, drainage and underground utility modelling
• Property Sets, COBie, Navisworks and Revizto
• ACC/Aconex, IFC 4.x, ISO 19650, BEP and LOD/LOIN knowledge
• LOD 500 As-Built, asset register and COBie handover
• Saudi giga-project or major GCC infrastructure experience desirable
