BIM Architect

Avyro is urgently hiring a BIM Architect for a leading architecture and design firm working on international projects. The full-time role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and requires a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) qualification with at least 4 years of hands-on Revit experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.

The role offers ownership of Revit models from concept development through construction documentation, with a focus on international documentation standards and client coordination. Avyro also identifies Delhi, Gurgaon, Mohali, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad as locations associated with the opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage Revit models from concept through construction documentation.
• Prepare accurate drawings, sheets, and schedules in accordance with international standards.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants and resolve clashes.
• Maintain model quality, Revit families, templates, and BIM standards.
• Collaborate with design teams and project leads to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy before issuing deliverables.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Revit experience.
• Experience working on international projects and coordinating with clients.
• Good knowledge of BIM workflows and documentation standards.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Diploma, Civil Engineering, and B.Tech qualifications are not accepted for this position.

Preferred Skills:
• Navisworks and clash detection.
• Revit family creation.
• Working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Twinmotion, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Exposure to UK, US, Middle East, and EU standards.
• Strong communication skills for working with global teams.
