BIM Coordinator (Infrastructure)

ARX | smart minds is hiring a BIM Coordinator (Infrastructure) for infrastructure model coordination, federation, clash detection and information exchange.

• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, including at least 4 years as a BIM Coordinator
• Civil and infrastructure coordination covering earthworks, corridors, alignments, pavements, utilities and external works
• Strong Civil 3D capability including surfaces, corridors, profiles, pipe networks and grading
• Coordinate infrastructure with building, MEP, utility, road and landscape packages
• Survey/datum control, shared coordinates, interface points and clash coordination
• Navisworks Manage, ACC/BIM 360, ACONEX, Revit, AutoCAD and InfraWorks
• ISO 19650, BEP, MIDP/TIDP, CDE, LOD/LOI and QA knowledge
• Federated models, LOD 400/500, linked models and model data validation
• Support 4D simulation, 5D quantity extraction and asset-information preparation
• Dynamo/BIM automation is an advantage
• Aviation, transportation, industrial or large multidisciplinary project experience preferred
