BIM Coordinator - Infrastructure

About the Role:

• Manage and implement BIM processes for large-scale infrastructure projects in Amman and across the region.
• Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, standards, and workflows for infrastructure projects.
• Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimize designs using BIM software.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members.
• Prepare high-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews.
• Implement quality control processes for BIM deliverables.
• Stay current with BIM technologies and infrastructure design and construction best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KSA, Dubai, and the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, visualization techniques, and infrastructure design principles.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• BIM certification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the GCC.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
