BIM Modeler

Overview:

• BIMTRIXNITY Technologies Consulting is seeking a BIM Modeler to contribute to digital construction and BIM technology projects.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with BIM workflows and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Experience in LOD 300–LOD 500 modelling is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Scope of Work:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models.
• Convert 2D drawings into coordinated BIM models.
• Produce BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection.
• Create and manage BIM templates, families, and libraries.
• Support project teams with BIM-related technical information throughout project delivery.
