Structural BIM Modeler

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and update structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop detailed structural plans, elevations, sections, foundation layouts, framing plans, and structural details.
• Model foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, structural openings, and other structural elements.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Perform Navisworks clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Update models and drawings based on design revisions.
• Follow BIM standards, project requirements, and LOD guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of Structural BIM.
• Required knowledge of LOD 400–500.
