Job Description

Alada Solutions is hiring a BIM Modeler – Scan to BIM in Pune for BIM and Scan-to-BIM projects using point cloud data and Autodesk Revit.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
• Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud to Revit modeling
• Autodesk Revit-based BIM modeling
• Experience with LOD 200–400 projects
• Architectural and structural elements
• Point cloud interpretation and model accuracy
• Plans, sections, elevations and schedules
• BIM QA/QC and coordination
• Autodesk ReCap, RCP/RCS files and Scan-to-BIM workflows
• Experience with US/international projects
• Navisworks, clash detection and BIM coordination experience preferred
