Senior BIM Engineer – Scan to BIM

Advenser Engineering Services is looking for a Senior BIM Engineer – Scan to BIM to join its team in Bengaluru, with a focus on Scan-to-BIM, Point Cloud-based modelling and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 5–9 years of experience
• Strong expertise in Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud-based modelling
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP
• Experience developing BIM models across various LODs
• Preparation of construction drawings, shop drawings and schedules
• Development of As-Built BIM models using Point Cloud data and site survey drawings
• Knowledge of BIM standards and multidisciplinary BIM coordination
• Experience in clash detection, clash reporting and quality checks
• Ability to support Team Leads and guide Junior Engineers and Trainees
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
