Team Lead / BIM Engineer - MEP

JOB OVERVIEW

The BIM Engineers is seeking a Team Lead / BIM Engineer – MEP for its Gurgaon location. The role requires experience in MEP BIM modeling, Revit, and multidisciplinary coordination.

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of Revit BIM modeling experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Create and manage Revit parametric families.
• Convert 2D drawings into 3D Revit models while understanding mechanical and electrical design intent.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist the Project Manager and BIM team with modeling and project development.
• Support construction document and as-built document preparation.
• Maintain company and project BIM standards, templates, and content.
• Follow QA/QC processes.
• Perform clash detection and prepare clash reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong understanding of building MEP design.
• Minimum 3 years of Revit BIM modeling experience.
• Experience in Revit parametric family creation.
• C4R experience, including BIM 360 and A360, is preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP design coordination and construction documentation.
