Structural BIM Modeler

JOB OVERVIEW

DAS & Partners Engineering is seeking a talented Structural BIM Modeler to join its engineering team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D BIM models for structural systems, supporting design coordination and project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for foundations, concrete structures, and steel structures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash detection.
• Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Ensure structural models comply with project requirements, standards, and applicable codes.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and as-built models.
• Assist project teams during design reviews and construction phases.
• Utilize BIM software such as Revit Structure, Tekla, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit Structure, Tekla, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
