Senior BIM Engineer - MEP

Role Overview:

• Develop, modify, and review BIM models and drawings under the direction of the MEP project lead.
• Incorporate design intent into coordinated design and construction documents.
• Work across multiple projects while completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project design concepts, models, sketches, presentations, reports, specifications, and coordinated design documents.
• Conduct research and data collection to support project development.
• Interact with internal and external consultants and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Prepare, manage, and modify plans, elevations, sections, details, 2D and 3D presentations, models, design drawings, and renderings.
• Develop solutions to technical and design problems in line with established standards.
• Support tender and construction-stage work packages.
• Manage design tasks and deliverables and report progress and risks to the project lead.
• Assist with project execution planning, programming, and resource forecasting.
• Manage junior colleagues and provide guidance and support where required.
• Incorporate integrated sustainable design solutions into projects.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience with data centre, rail, aviation, and mixed-use project delivery.
• Experience working autonomously and as part of an architectural or multidisciplinary design team.
• Ability to communicate technical details graphically and effectively.
• Qualified Architect with a five-year degree from a reputed institute in India.
• Working knowledge of building regulations and international standards.
• Proficiency in Revit and exposure to Common Data Environment / ACC.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical design knowledge of MEP construction methodology is desirable but not mandatory.
