BIM Designer - Landscape

Role Overview:

• Develop Landscape BIM models and construction documentation for major Middle East projects across concept development, detailed design, and construction documentation stages.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM professionals to deliver accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready models.
• Support model coordination, clash reduction, quality assurance, and high-quality client documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Landscape BIM models and construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Produce high-quality shop drawings and construction-ready deliverables.
• Create and manage Revit families to support project requirements.
• Coordinate models with architecture and other engineering disciplines.
• Use Navisworks and related BIM tools for model review and clash detection.
• Apply BIM Execution Plan (BEP) requirements throughout project delivery.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models and construction documentation.
• Perform BIM QA/QC reviews and support continuous improvement of project deliverables.
• Prepare and review clash reports, schedules, quantity information, and shop drawing packages.
• Support project delivery across LOD 100–500 stages.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to develop and manage Landscape BIM models using Revit.
• Experience producing detailed drawings and construction documentation.
• Ability to create, modify, and maintain Revit families.
• Experience coordinating BIM models across architecture and multiple engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in Navisworks for model review and clash detection.
• Ability to apply BIM Execution Plan requirements throughout project delivery.
• Experience performing BIM QA/QC reviews and maintaining model quality standards.
• Ability to prepare and interpret clash reports, schedules, quantity take-offs, and related BIM deliverables.
• Experience delivering BIM models across LOD 100–500 stages.
• Middle East project experience is advantageous.
