Senior Designer - BIM Structures

Role Overview:

• Provide BIM structural modelling and drafting support for multidisciplinary projects.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models while ensuring technical quality, project compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
• Support delivery of technically challenging projects in a collaborative BIM environment.

Experience and Technical Scope:

• Experience preparing minimum LOD 300 Revit documentation, including 3D and 2D deliverables.
• Experience with general arrangement drawings, composite steel drawings, structural steel drawings, reinforcement drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
• Precast experience is an advantage.
• International project experience is required.
• BIM management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of structural elements, 3D modelling, scheduling, multi-disciplinary coordination, documentation, BIM setup, execution, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for a range of projects.
• Support, mentor, and train drafting team members on complex tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers on BIM documentation and drafting work.
• Ensure technical correctness, compliance with project standards, and timely delivery of drawings and documents.
• Liaise with Architecture, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Coordinate models using Revit Architecture and Revit MEP.
• Use Navisworks for model checking.
• Follow company policies, procedures, work ethics, and quality standards.
