BIM Architect

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
• Create and manage architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate architectural designs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare architectural construction documentation and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project templates, and best practices.
• Support quality control and assist junior team members when required.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project deliverables and deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS
