BIM Modeler

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling.
• Experience in Structural Revit modelling.
• Proficiency in Revit, Tekla Precast, Tekla Steel, Civil 3D, and ACC.
• Ability to generate structural BIM models from scratch.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards.
• Ability to extract GFC drawings from BIM models.
• Experience working with LOD 400 BIM models.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation using BIM.
• Ability to review BIM models and identify errors.
• Hands-on experience in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Ability to train other modelers in the team.
• Good practical knowledge of site construction activities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to explore new opportunities.
