BIM Modeller - MEP & Commercial

Janus Digital Global is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller specialising in MEP and commercial buildings to deliver production-grade BIM models while supporting the evaluation and development of AI-for-AEC workflows and platforms. The role combines approximately 60% production BIM and 40% platform intelligence, with modelling to LOD 350–400 under ISO 19650.

• Produce federated MEP models covering HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, electrical, ELV and low-current systems
• Model to LOD 350–400, including fabrication-ready ductwork, pipework, containment, hangers and supports where required
• Build and maintain parametric Revit families, shared parameters and project templates
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and BIM Collaborate Pro
• Apply AI and automation for auto-routing, family generation, drawing automation, model checking and scan-to-BIM
• Develop and maintain Dynamo and pyRevit/Python scripts using AI coding assistants
• Evaluate AI-for-AEC tools using real project data and report measurable results
• Apply ISO 19650 information management including BEPs, MIDPs/TIDPs, naming conventions and CDE workflows
• Expert Autodesk Revit MEP, proficient AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, ACC/BIM 360 and BIM Collaborate Pro
• Knowledge of Uniclass/OmniClass, IFC export and daily use of LLM assistants
