Façade BIM Modeller

Zutari is seeking a Façade BIM Modeller to develop, coordinate and manage BIM models for façade systems from concept design through construction documentation, with a focus on accurate digital representation, multidisciplinary coordination and computational design workflows.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in façade BIM design
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering or Computational Design
• Develop and maintain façade BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Create detailed façade families, parametric components and system assemblies
• Produce coordinated façade drawings, schedules and fabrication details
• Develop BIM models up to LOD 350
• Use Rhino and Grasshopper for parametric and algorithmic design solutions
• Develop computational design tools and workflows to improve quality and delivery time
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other design professionals
• Support innovative façade systems considering performance, aesthetics and sustainability
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Rhino and Grasshopper
• Python scripting is an advantage; Tekla and Dynamo familiarity is beneficial
