MEP Modeller BIM Engineer

MEPCO MEP Modular Factory is seeking an experienced MEP Modular BIM Engineer with strong expertise in MEP modularization, BIM, LOD 400 detailing, fabrication and engineering analysis for modular assemblies.

• 5+ years of relevant MEP/BIM/design experience
• 2–3+ years of hands-on MEP modularization, prefabrication or DfMA experience preferred
• Graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Expert proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks
• Develop LOD 400 BIM models, fabrication/shop drawings and installation/assembly drawings
• Convert conventional MEP designs into fabrication-ready modular solutions
• Modularize MEP zones including service corridors, risers, meter rooms, plantrooms, pump rooms and service rooms
• Strong understanding of coordination, constructability, fabrication, transportation, lifting, handling and site installation
• Perform or coordinate structural/stress analysis of modules, frames, supports, connections, lifting points and installation loads
• Experience with Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, STAAD.Pro, ETABS or equivalent
• Coordinate with factory production, fabrication, QA/QC, project and site teams
• Modular design standards, typical details and fabrication methodologies are advantageous
• High-rise, hospitality, commercial, healthcare, industrial or large mixed-use project experience preferred
