Senior BIM Modeler - Precast & GRC Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

AZE Engineering is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler – Precast & GRC Specialist to develop and manage LOD 400 BIM models for precast and GRC elements. This is a fully remote position supporting projects in the UAE and international markets.

The role involves model quality management, multidisciplinary coordination, mentoring junior team members, and supporting project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage LOD 400 BIM models for precast and GRC elements using Revit.
• Build and maintain Revit families.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks (NWC).
• Model structural components, including precast panels and GRC connections.
• Prepare model documentation, drawings, and schedules.
• Lead coordination activities and mentor junior team members.
• Support 4D simulation workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of BIM modeling experience in precast and GRC.
• Strong proficiency in Revit for detailed and accurate modeling.
• Experience with Navisworks clash detection and coordination.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards. • Degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Willingness to work UAE hours.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
