Computational Designer (MEP)

Zutari is seeking an experienced Computational Designer with a strong background in bridges, structures, façades and MEP systems to develop advanced computational and parametric design solutions across multidisciplinary projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years of computational design experience within the built environment
• Lead computational design processes for structural, façade and MEP systems
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers and digital engineering teams
• Use Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, C# and Python for automation and advanced workflows
• Develop parametric and generative models for design exploration and performance optimization
• Support MEP routing, spatial coordination and integration with architectural and structural models
• Analyse geometric, environmental, performance and system datasets
• Expert-level Revit BIM experience including structural and MEP models
• Experience with Rhino.Inside.Revit, Grasshopper/Revit API and TEKLA Structures
• MEP modelling, coordination and automation experience
• Structural analysis software such as Strand7, SAP2000, ETABS or StatiCa is beneficial
• Develop reusable tools, scripts and workflows and mentor junior team members
